Susan's Window - Stained Glass Transoms

Susan asked me to make a small stained glass window for the kitchen of her home near Atlanta. She wanted a simple design reminiscent of the turn of the century English windows with lots of clear glass. She was particularly concerned about seeing into her garden and wanted a classic fleur-di-lis design with just a hint of color. We designed her glass window with a 1/2"zinc frame, which would hang from chain, and fit perfectly into the bottom half of her window.

Susan's Window measures 16 3/4" x 27", contains 55 pieces of glass, and was completed in November, 2007.
