Several years ago, I met a glass artist with skills far beyond mine. Fortunately, her specialty was different than mine, so we respect and admire each others skill.

Sandblasted Glass by Sandra Stephens

Sandra Stephens perfected her art of sandblasting in the mountains of Telluride, Colorado. An artist in a number of different areas, she decided in 1984 to focus on sandblasting glass as the medium that makes her heart happy. Through the years she has produced hundreds of works from tabletops to entryways, privacy windows to kitchen cabinets. She tends to lean toward a more feminine style, especially favoring Art Nouveau and Victorian Era designs. Her women are delicate and etherial with incredible detail. Her mermaids, fairies, and Art Nouveau women are exquisite to the last detail. Absolutely wonderful unique glasswork.
